Career Education Advisory Committee

At College of Marin, each Career Education program receives guidance from an Advisory Committee consisting of business owners, industry professionals, program faculty, alumni, and other subject matter experts. The role of the Advisory Committee is to assist programs with aligning curriculum and performance standards to the needs of industry and the community.

Advisory Committees meet at least twice each school year, typically once in the fall and once in the spring. Program faculty are responsible for scheduling meetings, developing agendas, and preparing minutes of each meeting. Committee roster lists are maintained by the program faculty, submitted to the Career Education Department and posted on this website.

Advisory Committee membership lists, agendas and minutes for each program are available for review through the links on the left. Click here to download the current Advisory Committee Handbook.
