Accounting Advisory Committee

The Accounting Program is part of the Business Department at College of Marin. The curriculum provides training for entry-level bookkeepers, as well as individuals with bookkeeping experience who wish to gain a better conceptual background in accounting and finance.

The program is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of organizations, big and small, providing skilled candidates adept at tracking assets and liabilities, creating financial statements, and recording transactions. The Accounting Advisory Committee comes from a diverse background, representing accounting firms and hiring organizations and educational organizations with expertise in accounting professions.
